Graduation Success School Districts

Please note that only referrals that explicitly request Graduation Success will be considered for the program. Starting September 2, 2025, the Intake Team will no longer automatically forward all eligible youth to Graduation Success even if Graduation Success is not specifically requested in the referral. Please make sure to indicate Graduation Success in your referral if you would like an eligible youth to be considered for the program.
Holiday Magic Registration Now Open!
Referrals are not required for youth to access this program: Treehouse receives eligibility information directly from DCYF and participating tribes and then Holiday Magic reaches out to caregivers through email and letter notifications. Active participants in Graduation Success are also eligible for Holiday Magic.

Veterans Day Office Closure
Treehouse offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th, for Veterans Day. Referrals submitted on Tuesday, November 10th, will not be processed until after staff return on Thursday, November 12th.
